The Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) is the federal government agency responsible for assessing, collecting, and accounting for tax and other revenues accruing to the Federal Government. It administers various taxes including Company Income Tax, Petroleum Profit Tax, Value Added Tax, and others.
